I’m Joseph “Joe” Benedetto, founder of the Joe Sells GA Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Community Partners. My entire career has been built on serving people at the highest level. I started working at 13 years old as a prep cook in a small café in Miami, where I learned early that great service is about paying attention, caring about the details, and making sure people walk away feeling valued.

I spent years in the hospitality industry, always focused on guest experience and satisfaction. That background shaped the way I work in real estate today. I know how to read people, ask the right questions, and understand what they really want in a home, an investment, or a lifestyle change. My goal is to make every part of the real estate process simple, clear, and enjoyable while protecting my clients’ best interests at every step.

I built the Joe Sells GA brand on relationships, results, and doing things the right way. From luxury lake homes to off-market deals and investment properties, I deliver a customized experience built around strategy, communication, and success.
